Topsy Turvy theatre
Leeds based Theatre/Educational enterprise Topsy Turvy make inspiring colourful shows for the 4-6 age group. I write songs, incidental music and sound effects, and offer Musical Direction during rehearsals.
Blue Elephant Theatre
I provided composition, sound design and musical direction for the arts council funded Offie nominated adaptation of Mervyn Peake's Noah's ark. All instruments were performed live by the cast, (many of whom had not picked them up since childhood). Arranging for such an eclectic mix was challenging but great fun.
Unexpected places
For 'Looking down on Me', a show for ages 6-8 exploring the topic of bereavement, I provided composition, sound design and wrote one song that was played to accompany the action.
